More Than 40 Maine Lawmakers Sign Memo Urging Consideration of Marijuana Legalization

On Friday, more than 40 state lawmakers in Maine co-signed a memo authored by State Representative Diane Russell that was delivered to the Appropriations & Financial Affairs Committee.
